Serge Boyadjian is a seasoned leader in Facility Management and Operations & Maintenance (O&M), with more than 20 years of experience driving operational excellence and organizational growth across diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Seder Group, he oversees all projects and commercial functions, including tendering, business development, marketing, and compliance.

Serge’s career has been marked by building and transforming O&M and FM organizations, leading divisions of more than 10,000 employees, and successfully delivering mega-projects for world-class clients in the Public, Semi-Government, and Private sectors. His leadership extends across technical, financial, and strategic domains—bridging client expectations with operational realities to deliver sustainable and high-quality outcomes.

Key achievements include generating 3 billion SAR in order bookings in under a year, establishing new O&M divisions, leading corporate transformations, and securing long-term client partnerships. His expertise spans total facilities management, infrastructure maintenance, city cleaning services, MEP, power systems, and telecommunications.

A certified PMP and holder of an MBA, Serge is fluent in English, Arabic, and Armenian, with working knowledge of French. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and resource optimization, making him a valuable contributor to the advancement of the Arab Asset, Facility and Maintenance Management Council

My vision as a member of the Board of Advisers at Omaintec is to support the company’s evolution into a regional benchmark for intelligent asset management, operational excellence, and sustainable infrastructure performance.

I aim to help Omaintec strengthen its position by aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable value to clients across the full asset lifecycle. This includes advancing best-in-class practices in facility management, operations and maintenance, lifecycle costing, and performance-based service delivery, while ensuring governance frameworks that support scalability and risk-aware growth.

   As an adviser, I will focus on:

- Guiding the transition from traditional O&M models toward data-driven, predictive, and outcome-focused FM solutions

- Supporting digital transformation, including CMMS/EAM optimization, analytics, and smart asset strategies

- Promoting operational resilience, safety, and sustainability as core business drivers—not compliance obligations

- Strengthening client value propositions through reliability, transparency, and long-term cost optimization

- Contributing to talent development and leadership capability within technical and operational teams

Ultimately, my vision is to help Omaintec deliver consistent, high-performance outcomes for its clients while building a scalable, future-ready organization that is trusted by asset owners, regulators, and partners across the region.
